Kraftyhands August 2014 Challenge

Today sees the start of the August challenge at Kraftyhands. Thank you to all of you who joined in with the July challenge, the winners have been posted on the blog. This challenge is just for fun and the theme this month is a sketch which can be found at the bottom of this post.
We would love it if you used a Kraftyhands product somewhere on your project, but it's not necessary. Though we do ask that you follow the challenge blog.

I have used papers from two different CDs. The pink striped background paper is from Femme Fatale and the three panels and scalloped trim are from Man About Town. They were printed onto linen card and layered onto white card.

The gorgeous image and sentiment are also from Femme Fatale. The image has been matted onto white card and mounted on foam pads. The gold ribbon is from my stash.

This is the sketch that I followed. It's very easy to work with and creates an elegant layout.
