I made Harlow an easel card using an image that reminded me of her from the first time I saw it.
The base was made using a Go-Kreate die on an 8"x 8" card blank. The turquoise and pink card are from my stash and the paper is by Bearly Mine. I used a Cheery Lynn leaf flourish die, some silver heart embellishments, an organza bow and Wild Orchid Crafts flowers. The sentiments were computer generated.
The image is a digi stamp from Wee Stamps. I coloured it with my Promarkers and die cut it to match the base card.
I used an X-cut punch for the stopper and mounted it on foam pads then added fabric bows to the ends.
In the space of a year Harlow has gone from this poorly little mite to ....
... a beautiful, loving, happy toddler and we are grateful for every day with her.
Things will still be a bit hectic for me as I'm taking the children away for a few days but I'll try to visit your lovely blogs whenever I can.
Stunning card for a stunning young lady. She really is so adorable and so is the card. Hope she liked it and didn't try to eat it. :o) It really is the perfect image for her. Glad she had a lovely birthday and very glad those horrible early days are way behind her.
