Crafts Galore Encore May 2024

We don't have a sponsor this month at Crafts Galore Encore so this is a 'Just For Fun' challenge. We were allowed to create our own 'Anything Goes' cards or projects for the May challenge.

There is a new challenge starting today at

Thank you to everyone who joined in with last month's challenge. The winners will be announced on the challenge blog on May 12th. This is a month long challenge and you can enter up to three times. There is a full list of rules on the challenge blog.

Our theme every month is the popular
"Anything Goes"

I have created a New Baby card this month. It stands 8" (20 cm) tall.

It's made from two pieces of card I printed out and cut using an old template from Trimcraft. After attaching the T-shirt and dungarees together I edged them with Broken China Distress Ink.

I die cut a couple of baby rattles and a dummy (pacifier) from textured card and attached them inside the pocket with thread. I added white faux stitching with a Posca pen, a little teddy and a couple of buttons.

The rattles and dummy can be pulled out of the pocket, but stay attached with the threads. The dies are from an old X-cut set.

I die cut the letters and stars from textured card and glued them to the card front. Again, these are X-cut dies.

Now please visit the  Crafts Galore Encore challenge blog where you can see the wonderful projects and cards created by our talented team.
