It's the 1st of April but also the first Friday so that means it's the start of the April challenge at Creative Artiste We are a challenge blog for everyone who likes to mix their media. As long as you use more than one medium on your creation we'd love to see you enter the challenge. This is a month long challenge so you have time to create projects and enter up to three times. And the mixed media theme is
"Anything Goes"
with the option of
"Use Chipboard, Stencils or Flowers"
I opted to use stencils and flowers and I decorated this 8"x 8" (20cm x 20cm) canvas.
I first cut out a couple of clouds and used them as masks while I painted the canvas with a pale blue acrylic. Then I used an ivy stencil with green acrylic paint. I made the fences with lolly sticks from Docrafts Craft Planet range.
