I have made my DT card from an 8"x 8" card base.
I covered the card base with Kraft card, then a Bearly Mine paper. I distressed and inked the edges first. The next layer is a vintage text paper which I also inked and distressed. I wrapped a length of lace I'd inked around the paper and then added some velvet ribbon from Docrafts. The sentiments were created on the computer.
I took the Scribble & Scrap
key hole image into MCS and gave it a slightly blue tint before printing out and cutting with a Spellbinders die. I cut two layers and inked the edges.
I coloured plain cotton ribbon with a Promarker and made a bow. I tied three keys to some thin cord and attached them to the bow for a simple embellishment.
